Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by location. Essentials is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect items on delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged or missing.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Certain items — such as personalized products or hygiene-sensitive goods — may not be eligible for return unless defective.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
